Calif. campground just days away from reopening

(March 30, 2012) -- U-T San Diego writes that an agreement to keep Palomar Mountain State Park open for the next three years is just days away from being finalized, and the popular Doane Valley Campground will reopen by mid-April, a park official said this week.
