Wash. State Parks honors volunteers

(March 28, 2012) -- The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission has announced the recipients of the 2011 Volunteer Recognition Awards for outstanding volunteer service. Last year, volunteers performed 271,260 hours of work, equal to 130 full-time employees.
