California’s Rincon Parkway cracks down on campers

(March 21, 2012) -- On Tuesday, county supervisors moved to stop squatters from monopolizing prime spots on the Rincon Parkway. But longtime campers say officials should have stopped it long before now, reports the Ventura County Star.
