UPDATE: Iowa campground owner withdraws guilty plea

(March 19, 2012) -- The Associated Press reports that 65-year-old Elaine Kelly, co-owner of Hoot Owl Hollow Campground and RV Park in Dubuque, is asking to withdraw her guilty plea to charges that she destroyed a wetland while developing the campground.
