UPDATE: Veterans can use Calif. parks, campgrounds for free

(March 15, 2012) -- On Wednesday, the San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted 4-0 to adopt a program that will allow certain military veterans to use county parks and campgrounds for free, reports FOX 5 San Diego.
