Thieves target broken-down vehicles throughout the south

(March 15, 2012) -- Authorities say it's not uncommon for car thieves to steal vehicles from roadways and sell them for parts or scrap metal, so when an illegal chop shop sets up in the area, even more motorists are at risk, reports KTBS.
