UPDATE: Campground owner pleads guilty to wetland damage

(March 14, 2012) -- Elaine Kelly, co-owner of Hoot Owl Hollow Campground and RV Park in Dubuque, Iowa, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a felony violation of the Clean Water Act, reluctantly admitting that she damaged a wetland on her property while developing the campground, reports the Associated Press.
