Arkansas flood victim’s husband sues Forest Service

(March 8, 2012) -- Jerry McMaster, whose wife died in the 2010 flash flood at Arkansas' Albert Pike campground, filed a civil suit against the U.S. Forest Service this week in Texarkana, reports the Associated Press.
