Entrance fees may be coming to Illinois state parks

(March 7, 2012) -- A plan by state Rep. JoAnn Osmond, R-Antioch, would give the Department of Natural Resources the ability to charge entrance fees at Illinois state parks, reports the Chicago Daily Herald.
