N.C. campground reopens with multiple improvements

(March 2, 2012) -- Visitors to Clemmons' Tanglewood Park will notice millions of dollars worth of changes. The park's campground, which opened for its third season yesterday, now features nearly 50 fully paved sites with electricity, water and sewer hookups, reports My Fox 8.
