Connecticut campground association’s tax value doubles

(March 2, 2012) -- A recent property revaluation has reduced Griswold's tax base by 15 percent, from $826 million to $700 million. But the revaluation moved Pachaug Marina and Campground Association to No. 1 from No. 8 on the town's Top 10 Taxpayers list, reports the Norwich Bulletin.
