RV gets second life in Virginia

(Feb. 29, 2012) -- An RV that was once used to haul Hampton's books to underserved areas is now being used to shelter the city's homeless population, reports the Daily Press. The city donated the bookmobile to Hampton Roads Ecumenical Lodging and Provisions, also known as H.E.L.P. Inc.
