Cummins, Grupo Laeisz announce new joint venture

(Feb. 28, 2012) -- Cummins Inc. and Grupo Laeisz announced a joint-venture partnership to distribute and service Cummins engines, generators, and parts in a region that includes Costa Rica, El Salvador and Honduras. The new joint venture will be called Cummins Centroamérica.
