Lake Kaweah Amphitheater nears completion

(Feb. 24, 2012) -- The Visalia Times-Delta reports after nearly three months of work, a 14-man inmate crew from Mountain Home Conservation Camp in California is nearing completion of an amphitheater that will serve the main purpose of teaching campers about staying safe on the water and in the wilderness.
