THL and Kea Manufacturing to form joint venture in New Zealand

(Feb. 21, 2012) -- THL and Kea Manufacturing NZ announced today they are forming a joint venture under which they will split out and merge their recreational vehicle and campervan manufacturing units into a standalone business. Stuff.co.nz says it’s a move that will axe 63 jobs.
