Army Corps of Engineers to reduce services in Arkansas

(Feb. 17, 2012) -- The News reports 11 public parks that the Army Corps of Engineers operates in Arkansas are going to close some campgrounds, as the Army Corps of Engineers' Little Rock District works to reduce its budget by $1.9 million dollars.
