Florida RV park developers will remove discolored sand

(Feb. 16, 2012) -- On Tuesday, developers building an RV park on Pensacola Beach agreed to comply with an Escambia County Code Enforcement order requiring them to remove thousands of cubic yards of discolored sand from the building site, writes the Pensacola News Journal.
