Cummins declares quarterly dividend

(Feb. 14, 2012) -- The Board of Directors of Cummins Inc. today declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of 40 cents per share, payable on March 1, 2012 to shareholders of record on Feb. 23, 2012.
