West Virgina boat, RV owners fight zoning ordinance

(Feb. 9, 2012) -- The Charleston Gazette reports that Charleston boat and RV owners showed up at a Municipal Planning Commission meeting yesterday, to fight a bill that is aimed at clarifying the language in the city's zoning ordinance.
