Man fined for killing collapsed horse at Pa. state park

(Feb. 8, 2012) -- Paul Yeager, of Greencastle, was cited Thursday by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and ordered to pay more than $800 for shooting his horse and leaving its carcass in Michaux State Forest, reports Public Opinion.
