N.C. considers RV ordinance to help tornado victims

(Feb. 7, 2012) -- If the Burke County Board of Commissioners approves a temporary ordinance at tonight's meeting, families recovering from the January tornado will be able to use RVs or campers on their properties, reports the Morganton News Herald.
