Fees announced for N.C.’s Cape Hatteras

(Feb. 3, 2012) -- The Virginian-Pilot reports that driving along the Cape Hatteras National Seashore will soon cost motorists $120 a year or $50 a week, the National Park Service announced Wednesday.
