(Jan. 17, 2012) -- As of Thursday, Jan. 12, the Silver City Ranger District has temporarily closed the Iron Creek, Cherry Creek and McMillan campgrounds due to safety concerns associated with extremely icy/snow-packed conditions within the campgrounds. All other campgrounds remain open.
