(Jan. 17, 2012) -- The Lower Platte North Natural Resources District, developer of the Lake Wanahoo project, and the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission have pounded out an agreement to allow the commission to operate the lake as a state recreation area over the next three years, reports the Lincoln Star Journal.
