(Jan. 10, 2012) -- Last week, Fort Hood officials called Brenda Ramos, owner of Horsin' Around at BLORA Ranch, wondering why her horses were wandering around in the early morning hours. But the four animals didn't belong to her. Instead, the emaciated, dirty and scared horses likely had been abandoned by their owner, reports the Killeen Daily Herald.
