(Dec. 26, 2011) -- Hurt by the state's hot, dry summer, Texas campground operators are anticipating a rebound this season because of 'winter Texans.' Reservations are already running 10 to 15 percent ahead of last winter in some locations, reports the Austin American-Statesman.
