(Dec. 13, 2011) -- On Monday evening, friends and family of David Campbell settled into a northeast Salem bar to play Texas Hold 'Em, a game Campbell favored. The gathering, on what would have been Campbell's 27th birthday, was a memorial and fundraiser for his family, reports the Statesman Journal.
