(Dec. 9, 2011) -- The Houston Chronicle reports that the woman who shot her two children and then killed herself -- residents of the Towne North Mobile Home and RV Park in Laredo -- in a food stamp office on Monday, uttered words two weeks ago that seemed to have foretold her actions.
