(Dec. 2, 2011) -- Two neighbors - one on each side of the border between Pittston and Jenkins Township - have been fighting for months after one allegedly attached a mobile camper to his rental property, and this dispute might soon pull the city into a lawsuit, reports the Scranton Times-Tribune.
