(Nov. 17, 2011) -- For nearly two decades, Roger and Linda Reed have led the effort to transform Holtwood Campground in Oconto into a Winter Wonderland. But this is the last year the Reeds will be involved; the couple is stepping down from the organizing committee, reports the Green Bay Press Gazette.
