(Nov. 3, 2011) -- According to a report released by the U.S. Geological Survey on Wednesday, the floodwaters that killed 20 people at the Albert Pike Recreation Area campground last year swelled well above campers' heads and raced through at speeds of up to 7.5 miles per hour, reports CBS News.
