ND: Second fire in two weeks at Capitol RV

(June 27, 2017) -- For the second time in two weeks in Bismarck, fire crews have responded to Capitol RV. This time, one camper went up in flames, doing minor damage to the one next to it as well, KFYR-TV reported.
