How to speak "bankese"

(Feb. 21, 2013) -- I was on the phone the other day, perhaps feeling a bit tired, and I was babbling to a prospective customer. “Look I said, my company is an acquirer, rather than an ISA. We can set you up with interchange rates, or even as a MOTO, and if you’ll use AVS you should save yourself lots of money!” To which the customer replied “What”? I realized I was speaking in "bankese," the language of the credit card processors, instead of English.
